In 1997 it wasn't easy to run a credit report and background check on prospective tenants, having had rental properties led to the idea of starting a business that does just that, and so AAA Credit Screening Services was formed. Over the last 20 years, more and more services beyond tenant screening have been added to the company profile, including driver license checks, reference checks, degree verification and credential verifications, business credit reports and more!

Customers include universities, transportation companies, HR departments, civic administrators, and all other businesses that have a need for employment background check services. Tenant Screening services include services for realtors, landlords, property managers, and apartment complexes/condominium associations.
